What are the same-day ship deadlines?
UPS Ground Orders must be received before 2:00 PM Pacific.
UPS Expedited Orders (UPS 3-day, 2-day and overnight) must be received before 1:30 PM Pacific.
USPS Priority or Express must be received before 2:00PM Pacific.
FedEx drop box service must be received before 2:00PM Pacific.
What payment options do you accept?

How long to process my order? We process and confirm shipment for all in stock items same business day.
Regular Order Hours: Weekdays 8am – 2pm (Pacific), See Days of operation schedule here. Our office hours are 8am - 5pm Pacific.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is applicable based on the buyers county tax for any orders that are shipped within the great state of Nevada!
When will my credit card be charged? Our gateway processes your purchase and your card will be charged when the order is placed. A request for refund are processed immediately and the merchant service will return per credit note to the card used for the purchase. Can I cancel or return my order?
Standard items stocked by Tap Associates, Inc. can be canceled before shipment without addition costs. Cancel your order prior to 2:00PM (Pacific) weekdays. Exchange or Return un-opened parts within 30-days from order date. All returns are subject to manufacturers inspection and credit is applied when item is received, inspected and/or returned to stock.
What is my order number?
Your order number will be present on all documentation. Typically this number is located top right corner of the Sales Order receipt next to the date.
What happens if an item is on back-order?
We guarantee one (1) to ten (10) pieces for all parts listed online are in stock unless otherwise noted. We recommend that you call and check availability for orders exceeding ten (10) pieces of the same item number. Buyers are immediately notified of any back ordered items and estimated ship date.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We do not charge additional handling fees. Our Primary ship carrier is UPS. We can provide drop box service for USPS Priority & Express and for Fed-Ex collect or pre-paid orders - no additional fees.
Orders are processed to ship via UPS Ground same-day Monday through Friday on orders received before 2:00PM (Pacific).
Expedited UPS orders (3 day select, 2nd day and Next Day Air) will ship the same day Monday through Friday on order received before 1:30pm (Pacific)
Prepay/add services for USPS Priority or Express by 2:00PM and Drop box service for FedEx collect or prepay by 2:00PM.
All products shall be shipped and delivered FOB Tap Associates, Inc. (89447 Yerington, NV). Tap Associates, Inc. will pre-pay freight (and charge buyer) for orders. Buyer may request collect with account number and billing zipcode.
Shipping costs are determined by the shipment weight, origin zip code (89447) and destination zip code. Orders may arrive in more than one package and/or on different dates. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure they arrive on time and undamaged. Tap Associates, Inc. reserves the right to make partial shipments unless clearly specified by the Buyer. All items in a single order must be shipped to a single address.
Tap Associates, Inc. may not drop ship items purchased by credit card. Items will be shipped to the Buyer’s billing address only. Tap Associates, Inc. will provide shipping confirmation and/or tracking number with each sales order to the email address provided with the registration. Warranty

Tap Associates, Inc. warrants that the goods purchased are free from defects in workmanship or material. Tap Associates, Inc. shall credit buyer (upon receipt, manufacturer inspection and return to stock) for goods which are defective in material or workmanship the purchase prices (at Tap Associates, Inc. option) if such goods are returned to Tap Associates, Inc. for examination. Tap Associates, Inc. does not guarantee any of its goods against wear, age, abuse or customer modification.
